Huge Congratulations to Ellie & Adam who were married at the fabulous The Samling Hotel, we had the best of days working with the best of folks the brilliant Dan Wootton Photography he's also provided some of his stunning images for our blog post.

We met up with Ellie over at The Samling way back in February to see the renovations there and to get a proper feel of the space Ellie and Adam would be celebrating in.
It really was a spectacular day and The Samling looked breathtakingly beautiful
We invited Adam & Ellie back to FD HQ in April to see a set of sample designs we'd created just for them in line with their brief and mood board
Before we knew it the big day had arrived and Jason was over in the Lakes by the crack of dawn..

The presentation of our Bridal bouquets is one of the highlights of the wedding morning and it really is our favourite bit...
Jason showed everyone how to carry their bouquets perfectly
Ellie's beautiful summer wedding bouquet included a fragrant combination of Roses, Peonies, Jasmine, Lily of the Valley, Sweet Peas, fragrant Herbs and Veronica in a soft pink, deeper pink and ivory colour palette.

The scene was set for the ceremony which was framed by four huge English garden style urns filled to overflowing with magnificent fresh fragrant summer blooms including Peonies, Roses, Delphiniums, Veronica, Stocks, Larkspur, Phlox, Jasmine, Hydrangeas, fresh fragrant Herbs and Ferns
On the end of each alternate Chair lining the aisle was a posy of fresh Roses, Peonies and garden flowers
The Registrars table was dressed with a swathe of fresh flowers and foliages trailing on to the floor around the table
Glass hurricane lanterns were stood in pools of fresh Rose Petals lining the aisle
Ellie's super handsome Bride Groom Adam was first to have his Boutonniere pinned to his lapel
Adam's Boutonniere was designed to compliment his Bride's bouquet
The special ladies in the wedding party all looked so glam and gorgeous their outfits completed with fresh flowers
The Bridal party made their way over to the ceremony beautifully escorted by the Samling team, the following images are by Dan Wootton...
